LEFT TO ROT

When you hear 'Empty Shells', 'Throwing Bodies' and 'Digging Up A Grave', all in the same sentence, What is the first thing that comes to your mind?

Well for me it's death and a fuckin' kick-ass time in the mosh pit. Who'd have thought, that some local guys from my hometown would peer, at the world, though the Death Metal scene. Leaving a trail of blood and destruction at every stop they make. And they will be arriving, again,  at the West Texas Death Fest 2010 in Amarillo,TX on the 12th and 13th of March 2010.  http://www.myspace.com/westtexasdeathfest

With the raw energy of the guitar riffs, the unstoppable thundering of the drums, the back crunching bass beat and sinister growl from the vocals, is bound to leave broken bodies everywhere.  Put them up against the best and they will definitely be at the top of the line-up. And please beware, this band is not for the weak of heart or those who fall and can't get up. If you like death metal, then take it from me, Left To Rot will surely fill the emptiness in your little black heart.

So if you are in the area, stop in and be part of the mayhem, or, suffer in the aftermath. You will not be disappointed.

And just for the record, "I knew you would make it fuckin' happen Richard. Keep the shit rolling and never stop."

Join the Addiction

Is this true? Is this really happening? I think I have found a band that might replace my love for another.

SOULIDIUM is everything, a well rounded, mainstream rock band should be and they oooze the experience of presentation on everything from the lyrics, the music, to the writing!! The dark look of the band members adds to the illustriousness of SOULIDIUM.

SOULIDIUM formed in 2005 right here in Tampa,Florida, headed by Michael McKnight, released their debut album in 2007 entitled 'Children of Chaos'. The album was well received by fans and critics. And soon after, there was a major change in band members, but this did not affect the direction of SOULIDIUM.

The current band members are:
Michael McKnight - Vocals/ Songwriter (2005 - present)
Chris Polidoro - Guitar (2007 - present)
Shadow Morte - Guitar (2007 - present)
Hunter - Bass/Synths (2009- present)
Danny Cayocca - Drums (2005 - 2007; 2008 - present)

Soulidium is currently writing for their second album, due out in early 2010. The partial track of S.O.A that is posted on the bands myspace page, http://www.myspace.com/soulidium , has an amazing sound! I am currently waiting for that new album to come out with open arms!!

The lyrics from 'Children of Chaos' are really good and the vocals by Michael are genuine. Their videos on YouTube 'The Big Time' and 'Live Forever' to name a few are awesome!! That new album is looking more and more desirable and can't wait for those new vids! So for now, 'Children of Chaos' will have to keep us at bay until the new album is released.

I totally recommend this music, these lyrics, this band, to all rock fans!!

Blip.fm What are you listening to?

Do you ever wonder when radio stations will play a song you like? Or when/if they have a dedication hour, how hard it is to get through to make that dedication? With Bilp.fm, there is no waiting, there is no praying to get your dedication through and best of all, there is no commercials to wait through. Unless that is the reason why you listen to the radio.

What is Blip.fm, you ask.

Blip.fm is a web site dedicated to music and music enthusiasts, such as yourself. It is a place to share the music you love with friends or with people you have just met. Along with blipping (searching, selecting and playing songs), it also has a messaging box, similar to twitter. So after blipping a song, just simply leave a message for a certain someone or for everyone, it is all up to you.

Just like Blip.fm encourages, sign up and become a DJ. It is exactly like owning your own radio station. You set the mood. You set the tone. You can have a rap station, a rock station, a country station or you can have it all. Because there is basically no limits.

With millions of songs to choose from, there is no need to change the channel. It is all at the click of a button. You can even save your favorite songs to your very own play-list.

Now I hope I have gotten your attention, and if you love music as much as I do. Then give it a listen. But please beware, because it is very addicting. And don't worry about not spending time on other web sites such as Twitter.com or Facebook.com and other sites, you can now link to them.

So send your friends you have on other web sites a dedication. And believe me, you will not be disappointed.

And if you are unsure about singing up, then type in the link following and take a look at MY playlist.

Stone Circle

Stone Circle formerly known as 'Obsidian' formed in 2004 consisting of the current members Joe Ashwin -lead guitar and vocals, James 'Rambo' Pearce -bass guitar and backing vocals, and Sam Hill -drums/percussion. In 2005 Tom Skeleton -harmony guitar and backing vocals joined to complete the line up of STONE CIRCLE.
Hailing from Brighton, UK Stone Circle has a very impressive and brutal musical influence list. Bands such as Amorphis, Children of Bodom, and Nevermore have helped lead Stone Circle to achieve their own signature of greatness with the accomplished sound they have most certainly perfected.
'Parchment' in 2008 with songs such as 'Crystial Burial', 'Plague' and 'Eastern Skies' are amazing and leave me wanting more, and so be it, Stone Circle is currently in progress of writing and developing a new album, due out in 2010!
The dark progressive sound that they have encompassed into their own as a band considering the individual influences have certainly added that strong stature and physique that can only be accomplished through degrees of perfection which Stone Circle has definitely mastered!
Check them out on Myspace www.myspace.com/stonecirclemetal And prepare to be fascinated!
